My Role
Game Designer

  • Developed a top-grossing iOS and Android game by designing the core gameplay and economy loops, integrating slot machine design philosophy with progression and engagement mechanics.

  • Designed over 1000 levels, crafting a mix of challenging puzzles and using both qualitative and quantitative data to refine the game experience, ensuring players were continuously engaged and entertained.

  • Prototyped numerous features using Unity and C#, iterating on gameplay, economy, and UI/UX aspects while incorporating feedback from peers to enhance the "FUN" factor.

Live Ops Designer

  • Created and managed weekly Club events, setting goals and reward milestones to keep a community of over 100k players engaged. Analyzed weekly player data to refine rewards and design guidelines for future events and features.

Design Manager

  • Led a team of 4 Game Designers, setting the vision and implementation plan for projects. Evaluated and selected designs to ensure alignment with product goals and expectations.

The Quick Story
Following GSN's acquisition, the studio studied slot machine mechanics while updating GSN Casino’s Deal or No Deal slot game. The leadership aimed to diversify the GSN Casino library by blending slot machine economy mechanics with Solitaire TriPeaks gameplay. Within three months, we completed the initial prototype and, after analyzing the competition, launched Solitaire TriPeaks. The game became one of GSN Games’ flagship titles.
