My Role
UX/UI & System Design

  • Developed the Club Management system, which streamlined how players discovered, joined, and managed their clubs.

  • Designed Clubs Notes, an in-game message board allowing Club Leaders to post updates and communicate with their members.

  • Created the reward sequences for the end of Club events, ensuring players were recognized and motivated.

  • Implemented the Club Shop, where players could use a special currency to buy helper items or spend real money on gifts for their Club.

  • Designed Club Contests, a system that ranked Clubs based on their weekly progress and rewarded them according to their standings.

Live Event Design

  • Designed and balanced weekly Club perk events to enhance engagement.

  • Crafted and balanced weekly Club leaderboard events, driving competition and participation.

  • Conducted A/B testing and analyzed player data to maintain a healthy game economy and ensure feature effectiveness.

THE QUICK STORY
We aimed to build a cooperative system where players could join clubs and collaborate to unlock weekly rewards. The introduction of Clubs led to a notable 10-15% increase in key performance indicators like revenue, retention, and session length. As we continued to refine the feature and dive into player data, we saw even more improvements in these metrics. Expanding the feature with additional leaderboards, store features, Team Quests and event elements further boosted its impact and kept players engaged.
